Refund Policy

At Bar Treats, we are committed to providing our guests with great tasting beverages. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know! Our goal is consistency and product freshness; however, occasional errors may occur.  Our return policy requires you to provide a picture of the products you received, including damage or the wrong order, as we will need documentation in order to address the concern. If a Bar Treats error has occurred, we will replace the product at no cost to you.  

 

Please submit your order number, whether the request is for a return or exchange, and reason for request to bartreats4u@gmail.com.  All refund or exchange requests will need to be submitted within 24 hours  of product being received by the customer.
